Our studio policy is designed to ensure the best quality of service for all of our clientele.
1. STUDIO – As we are a busy studio, please respect the space and other clients by keeping all personal items in the lockers, including cellphones and other electronic items such as watch phones.
2. FRAGRANCE-FREE ENVIRONMENT – Please refrain from wearing any of the following during your visit: perfume, cologne, aftershave, scented hand lotion/body oil, essential oils, or any other scented products.
3. ATTIRE - We suggest that you wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Socks are required.
4. CANCELLATIONS – Please note the 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. You will be charged for any appointment that is changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice and for no-shows. Please CALL or EMAIL the studio directly to make this change. If no one answers the phone, it is important that you leave a message. Our phone has a time/date stamp that will record exactly when you called. This 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions. A client is considered a “no-show” 20 minutes after session start time if the client has not notified the office, in which case the trainer may leave.
