Prerequisite

Must be a licensed GYROTONIC trainer. This course may be used as a licensing update.

Purpose

The GYROTONER Program 1 introduces students to the fundamental principles, movement sequences, and teaching methodology of the GYROTONER equipment.

During this intensive training, participants learn the foundational exercises and progressions of the program while developing a clear understanding of the system’s movement principles, rhythm, and coordination. The course emphasizes proper technique, hands-on practice, and teaching skills to prepare participants to begin working with clients.

Students gain practical experience both performing the exercises and learning how to guide others safely and effectively through the material. Upon completion of the course, participants enter the apprenticeship phase of the certification process.
