San Francisco GYROTONIC® exists as a healing sanctuary for all seeking to enhance their health and quality of life. We support the self-empowering and transformational process of our students and clients.
We offer training in the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methodologies; in both private and group class settings. We are also an international teacher training center, with students coming from the US, Europe, Asia, and South America.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are perfect for the GYROTONIC® newcomer or the experienced practitioner wanting to deepen their understanding of the system. We offer 1 hour, 1.5 hour, and 2 hour private sessions that are designed to meet the unique needs of each client.
Group Classes
We offer group classes 6 days a week in both the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methodologies. Our GYROTONIC® group classes require familiarity with the exercises, terms, and equipment. We offer a Beginner GYROTONIC® Group Class Thursdays at 6pm for those who are brand new to the method. Everyone is welcome to attend the GYROKINESIS® classes, which have no prerequisite to join.
Teacher Trainings
San Francisco GYROTONIC® is a world-renowned teacher training center established by highly respected Master Trainer Debra Rose. We offer an abundance of frequently scheduled teacher training courses taught by Debra and other traveling master trainers.
